We have a very large house with lots of living space, garden and parking outside the house.
It is close to Roath Park and city centre buses are very frequent. Sainsbury and Lidl stores are 10 minute walk.
The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen and utility room. Fast WiFi and all bills included. The bedroom is big enough for a desk (there may be an extra amount if you work from home).
We are an easy going couple and would appreciate the same as well as being clean and tidy. We would like our housemates to consider the house as their home.
