Use of the communal lounge /diner, bathroom and fitted kitchen which includes, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A tumble dryer and extra fridge /freezer also supplied. Superb location within walking distance of the city centre as well as local shops, restaurants and takeaways close at hand. This quality house share, is best suited to a mature considerate tenant without a car as parking is difficult. The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills including: gas, electric, council tax, TV licence, unlimited internet and Virgin TV in communal lounge. There is a small, south facing back yard.
The current tenants are really lovely and would appreciate a housemate who will contribute to a quiet, clean, tidy house. In order to be prioritised for a viewing please tell me something about yourself, your work situation and when you wish to rent from and for how long. I also need to know if you have a car.
