Huge double bedroom in Canton

Hi there,

Looking for a new housemate to move in to a lovely house in Canton. Currently living here are myself and my housemate Aidan. Both professionals working in Cardiff/Newport. We're both clean and tidy, past having a party house, but we like a few G&Ts at home or a beer at the Landsdowne pub at the end of our road. We also both really love music so there's always some kind of record playing.

The house is a really lovely Edwardian terrace with a huge kitchen and living room and a small enclosed garden. It is a 4 bedroom house but there will only ever be 3 people living here as two are very small.

The bedroom available is the massive double at the front of the house for £350/month excluding bills, which come to about £100/month including water, gas/electric, broadband and council tax.
Ignore everything in the room in the photos, that person is moving out.

The bedroom itself is not furnished but the rest of the house is.

Parking is on the road - there is permit and non-permit. Even without a permit I've never had a problem finding a space on our road or the next one down.

We are looking for someone to move in on 1st November at the latest, but can accommodate earlier.
