I am a 29 year old female looking for an easy-going fairly tidy person for my spare room.
The house is a great location in LLandaff North, with a handy bus stop and train station, as well as Co-Op for food, and a couple of cafes for Saturday coffee! Whitchurch is handy too for shopping and the odd mid-week cocktail!
The house is very clean and tidy (I like to hoover!) and there is plenty of room for chilling. I am always out and about and rarely in so the chances are you can choose the TV channel. All the mod cons are there, and there is a proper kitchen table for dinnertime.
As well as the large upstairs bathroom, there is a second toilet and sink downstairs, so there wont be any fighting for the facilities!
The only house rule is no shoes in the house!
