Double room in modern 3bed town-house in Pontprennau (just off J30). Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet with drawers and chest of drawers if needed. Own bathroom next door to bedroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and sink. Kitchen and living-room would be shared with me. I have a 4yr old daughter and a small very friendly dog. House is quiet as my little girl is asleep by 7pm.
