We are looking for a like-minded professional to join our house! I am moving out as have a new job in London so am looking for someone to move into my room. There are 4 other girls living in the property (3 Doctors and 1 in finance), who are all really friendly and love nice food and wine!!
The house is a large 3 story house, furnished in a retro/vintage style. Features a large lounge and modern kitchen and has 2 large bathrooms/showers and an extra room with toilet. There is also a spacious back garden.
The rent includes Virgin broadband and TV. Other bills are split between the girls. It is a 2 minute walk to Roath park and not far from city centre.
