Bright, double room, with great housemates!

Hello!

We are Ann, Emma and Casper and we're looking for a new housemate to join our home as Ann is moving out.

So, the house: The room is a lovely, bright, double bedroom (upstairs rear). Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, draws, table/desk and the ability to make it your own. The house has a nice kitchen, cosy living room with TV, etc, bathroom with walk-in shower and additional toilet. There is also a patio/garden, great for BBQ when Wales is bathed in sunshine... Definitely worth a visit!! The bills on average come to £100, which includes everything (water, gas/electricity, broadband and council tax).

The house is fully furnished and we have all our own plates/pots/pans (grown up right?) so no need to purchase all new wordly belongings.

Casper is a music loving, Polish food eating, lovely gentleman who works for DEFRA. Will happily supply you with Polish treats, educate you on need to watch netflix and possibly throw in a quick guitar lesson if you're lucky.

Emma is a fun-loving 23-year old MSc student from the darkest depths of Somerset. She has a divine passion towards crafting and arts... And coffee... She even has a coffee insta... She is a keen runner and Borrow My Doggy enthusiast.

We are looking for someone clean and tidy with similar interests; gin/wine/coffee times, food, gym etc, sociable and would be happy to have a night in with the both of us, or out and about...
