We have a double en-suite bedroom available for a friendly professional person who is quite chilled' tidy, considerate and respectful of the privacy of others, to share this lovely spacious Victorian house, with 4 other working professionals. There is a share of a spacious lounge and kitchen, where each tenant has their own storage and mini fridge freezers. There is use of 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. Although there are 5 tenants the house remains pretty quiet as all tenants have various busy work schedules and hobbies.
The landlady does a weekly communal clean. And any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.

The location has an added bonus of being located directly opposite the lovely Thompson park.
We are just on the crust of Pontcanna where there are many cosmopolitan shops, cafes and bars. The city centre is a approximately a 25 minute walk, alternatively there is a bus stop opposite which has a short bus route directly into the city. We are also located near the Llandaff fields and the Taff trail.
