Available now: a decent size room in a spacious period property. The room has views over the back garden (so very quiet) and comes with a bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, as well as a desk and chair.
There's a good bus connection to the city centre and university (buses go every 15 minutes during daytime, and also take 15 minutes). Alternatively, walking to the city centre takes half an hour.
You'd be sharing with a married couple (Martin and Maria). Martin works as a lecturer at Cardiff University and Maria works as a supply teaching assistant.
The rent includes all facilities (water, gas, electricity, WiFi, and satellite TV) as well as council tax. There's also a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. Also included are some consumables (toilet paper, wash-up liquid, etc.) As we are live-in landlords, there's no agency fee to pay.
We're looking for preferably a female professional (or a mature student, MSc or PhD) and would be particularly interested in someone who's from overseas, just like us. Please be aware that the room is only available until the end of the year (we're open to people who want to stay for just a few months).
