This lovely spacious Victorian house has a vacancy in one of there en-suite double rooms.
The current tenants 3 males, 2 female are looking for someone who respects peoples space and privacy but can also get along with others in a shared environment.
Although the communal areas are cleaned weekly by the owner, it is appreciated by all that each individual clean up and clear away items used in the kitchen, utility and shared communal area’s. It’s in a great location opposite the lovely Thompson’s park. Approximately a Twenty five minutes walk to the city centre, or there are regular buses that stop just outside the property. Cathedral Road and Pontcanna is a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to all nearby universities, hospitals and cycle trails.
If you’re looking for a nice, happy, relaxed and at times, sociable environment to live in I would recommend a viewing and I’m sure you will be pleasantly surprised. All previous tenants who have had to move on have left kind messages, thanking us for being great landlords.
