Beautiful Room In Lovely House

Hi, I am the landlord and will be moving out of the brilliant double room at the front of the house to take a Job in Brighton. So my two wonderful tenants Emmy and Chris are looking for someone to join them.

The room is the large room at the front of the house, has two large windows. comes with a double bed, large cupboard, chest of drawers, desk, chair and chest.

I am not officially moving to Brighton until July, but the room can be available as soon as possible as I will be out of the house the majority of June.

The house is lovely, and gets lots of natural light throughout the day. There are two reception rooms, a lovely garden with a fire, a dining room and attached kitchen.

Chris and Emmy are very friendly and looking for someone equally social to join the house. We are equally social but happy to close a door.

Chris is interested in comedy, dance, mixed martial arts, is Irish and works in security.

Emmy works in the refugee sector, she likes cycling, cooking, having a good laugh and going to the pub

We’re a very chilled house and like the occasional drink and tv watching as well as having dinner in the garden on a sunny day.

The area is lovely and we have a great relationship with our neighbors. The co op and lidle are around the corner and it takes 20-30 mins to walk into town. There is parking available.
