Hi everyone
I’m renting out my spare room in Pontprennau, Cardiff. It’s five minutes from the M4 and a short walk from the supermarket and the gym. My house is lovely and quiet with Sky Sports, Netflix and broadband. There’s a nice enclosed garden at the back and parking available outside the house. I also have a second living room which could work as an office if someone needs to work from home occasionally.
I work until 7pm most evenings so I’m not much of a night owl. Most nights I catch up on tv or head to the gym but I’m really friendly and sociable. I love to cook and usually have people over at the weekend. Ideally, I’m looking for a chilled out professional person who likes a chat over a glass of wine and a movie.
