3 double rooms avail next to UHW

Hi! So I’m in a 5 bed Victorian house - 5 minutes walk from the hospital! 5 min walk to Whitchurch road! I’m essentially starting a new house share as all the old tenants have left and I’m new to the area!

There are 3 double rooms which are all being refurbished available - all have storage and will have new mattresses and room painted fresh. As the rooms are being redone - what furniture is in the rooms can be negotiated. There are 2 bathrooms - one with electric shower and the other with a bath tub. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven/hob, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Looking for social, quiet when appropriate (not up for 2am raves often ha!) and clean housemates!

I work in the NHS myself, I’m American originally - new to Cardiff, surf - beach lovers welcome to join!, I do a bit of art, attend festivals every summer and like to have a bit of a chat or glass of wine now and then! Love a BBQ. The other housemate is Spanish and works in the NHS as well. There is already a small dog in the house so no further pets allowed.

Would love to find some housemates who are easy going and looking to make the place a home!

The pictures are the two upstairs double bedrooms available - still being painted etc. The two double bedrooms downstairs aren’t ready yet. The lounge is being redone as well and the kitchen cleared out! I’ll update photos as and when everything is updated. Just wanted to get an advert out to start the process!

There’s on street parking around the neighbourhood- unfortunately the resident parking permits for the house are currently taken.
