Double Bedroom in Victorian House Near City Centre

We are looking for someone who needs somewhere to stay on a potentially short term basis. We are currently selling our property but have a spare room available. The contract will start on a monthly rolling basis until the sale of the house completes. The house is located in a beautiful part of Canton next to St John's Church and five minutes walk from Chapter Arts Centre. It is situated just away from Cowbridge Rd and is near Pontcanna, so is well placed for great restaurants, bars and food shopping. It is a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Cardiff.

Ideally looking for a professional who is chilled, friendly and tidy. We're a creative household, current housemates include a TV Art Director and a Photographer.

One month's rent as deposit will be required and the rent (£500) includes all bills and the room is furnished.
