Hi!

We are a couple in our early 30s, both working professionals, looking for a new lodger who is easy going, clean and tidy, who mostly keeps themself to themself but is friendly and easy to get along with.

I have a 6 year old Shitzu/Bichon, he's very well behaved and doesnt shed any hair! So it's essential my new house mate is a dog lover and doesn't mind a happy bark welcome when they come in. (other than that he's not a barker/noisy dog)

The room will be furnished with a double bed, and has a large built in wardrobe. You will also have 99% sole use of the main bathroom which has a bath/shower.

The flat is in a fantastic location, on the Bay end of Lloyd George Avenue, next to the Red Dragon Centre and facing Mermaid Quay. Cardiff Bay train statrion is across the road, and it's just a 15 min walk into the city centre.

It then has a large livingroom, and a seperate kitchen. There is a private gated car park, however I only have the one space for my car, but there are visitor spaces for when guests come over, or for occasinal parking.
