I am a young professional looking for a new flatmate (preferably a young professional or mature student) to rent a spacious double bedroom with en suite in Cardiff Bay. 5 minute walk to Cardiff Bay train station, 3 minute walk to local bus stop links, 20 min walk to Cardiff city centre.

Room is furnished with wardrobe, double bed, two bedside tables with Juliette balcony. The en suite is a good size with a shower. Flat comprises of two double bedrooms one with en suite, one family bathroom, large open plan living room/kitchen/diner with a balcony overlooking the wharf. Bills are approx. £170 per month including council tax.

I am currently working from home and use the kitchen as my office space. Outside of work I am interested in languages and music.

Initial viewings to take place via Zoom due to the current situation. I am following the Welsh Government Covid guidelines and am looking for a flatmate who is also happy to do the same.

The new tenant must be able to sign for 6 months. After 6 months the agreement moves to a month-by-month rolling contract.
