It's a small double bed The apartment is located on Dumballs Road (CF10). Great location just 5 min walk to Mermaid quay in Cardiff bay and 10 min walk to the Cardiff central train station.
The rooms are all provided with mattress, light proof curtains Wardrobe, study desk, heating system, fast unlimited WiFi. TV, Netflix,
Only two roommates shares the main bathroom as the master bedroom has en-suite .

Kitchen are shared with all amenities provided, Washing Machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster , utensils, etc..

Living & Dinning room are shared. provided with sofa bed, TV, Sideboard, dinning table , underfloor heating .

Rent includes water, electric, gas, council tax band E included ,service charge, Ground rent ,High speed fiber broadband and Netflix subscription all inclusive. So, you do not have to pay anything apart from the rent.

Please also note I will need a copy of your identification and reference from your employer/ professional friend or previous landlords.
