Hi I’m Jess! I’m a 25-year-old working professional looking for a similar, like-minded female flatmate to rent a spare, double, en-suite room in Cardiff Bay! The flat is fully furnished with a large shared open-plan kitchen and living area, and has a balcony. We’re close to shops, restaurants, a train station and only a 20-minute walk to the city centre. The landlady and maintenance team are quick and attentive.

I am a tidy, sociable roommate who enjoys spending time with friends, but I also like my own company with a book or game! My interests include sports, mainly watching football, going out for food and drinks, walks and baking. I own a car so this will make running errands easier – no rainy walks to do the food shop! There is 1 parking space allocated to the flat and 1 visitor parking space that can be used for 48 hours at a time. If you have a car we can discuss this more.

Minimum lease 12-months but no maximum. Move in date from 3rd June 2024.
