Restored character house on the river in Cardiff Bay. Currently there are 3 friendly, sociable, clean & tidy residents, a mixture of young professionals.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Cardiff Bay. There is ample car parking in the road free of charge on the opposite side. The house overlooks the river and there is a gym on the opposite bank. There is a ferry 100 metres away that can take you both into the town centre or Cardiff Bay.

Communal areas include a kitchen, a breakfast room, a small lounge/study and a (very) large living room with widescreen television and more dining area. There is also a washer-dryer and a small decked garden with barbecue.

The room is furnished with a standard double bed, wardrobe, cupboards.

There is a shared bathroom (bath & shower) and a second toilet.

Utilities are not included in the rent but are £78.00 to be paid to myself and include water, electricity, gas, vodafone media television & broadband package, television licence and any repairs/upkeep. The only addition, if is Council and Water tax currently £60.00 per month..
