We’re a house of young professionals looking for a house mate to join us in late April due to a housemate relocating for work.
We have an UNFURNISHED double room available on the second floor in a 4 bed end of terrace house. It’s a short walk to Cardiff Bay station with great bus links as well.
We have a shared living room and kitchen and a patio at the back of the house. We all graduated last year and work in the live events industry. We love a night out but also a night in.
Parking is available but a permit may need to be purchased. We are in council tax band D. Bills are not included in the rent.
