Hello! I am looking for a working professional to replace myself on the tenancy due to moving out at the end of May.
Available 23/05/2026. The apartment is located in Cardiff Bay with great links to get across the city. From a 20 minute walk to the city centre to a 5 minute walk to Cardiff Bay train station. It is modern and well looked after with an open-plan living room/kitchen and plenty of storage. The room advertised is a double room in great condition with a private bathroom.
Council tax band E - The £800 advertised includes rent and bills.
You’ll be living with my current flatmate who is a 30 year old professional male who's pretty chill and likes to relax on their own just as much as they enjoy socialising with several different hobbies. They work one day in the office and 4 days from home typically but can sometimes vary.
