Spacious double bedroom with a private en suite available in a friendly, well-kept flat.

My current flat mate is moving out on the 23rd of February, so would need someone ready to move in then. The flat is rented through let2sales so your details will be passed on to them if chosen.

The room is bright, comfortably sized, and comes with a double bed. The flat has a shared kitchen and living area, and is kept clean and relaxed.
Looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easygoing to move in no later than 23rd February. I've lived here nearly 3 years, great place to be around the bay!

There's currently scaffolding works going on so no balcony access, but in the heart of Cardiff Bay only a 5 minute walk away, parking is shared but i know of free close by.

Water is included, its around £750 with bills, let me know if you'd like to view :)
