Hi! I’m looking for one new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Cardiff Bay from 15th April (contract initially 6 months, then rolling monthly).
About the room:
Double bedroom with a separate bathroom for private use (I have an en-suite so don’t use the main bathroom so you would have sole use).
Rent: £512.50 per month (includes water)

About me:
I’m a professional working Monday to Friday 9-5. I work hybrid remote so I normally do 2-3 days a week in the office and the rest at home. I like walking and running, climbing and yoga. In my downtime I see friends, chill with a book or watching TV. I do love a coffee and shopping day too.
I’m easy-going, and looking for someone similar who will make it a relaxed and friendly home.
