Hello, i am looking for a working professional to replace my current flatmate as he is moving out at the end of May.

Available 23/05/2026, The apartment is located in Cardiff Bay with great transport links to get across the city. It is modern and well looked after with an open-plan living room/kitchen and plenty of storage. The room advertised is a double room in great condition with a private bathroom.

Council tax band E - The £800 advertised includes rent and bills.

I'm a 30 year old professional who's pretty chill and likes to relax on my own just as much as i enjoy socialising with several different hobbies. I work one day in the office and 4 days from home typically.
