Its a room in a 4 bedroom house share with 1 male and 2 other females all very friendly.
The house has a garden, shared kitchen, shared seperate living room and one bathroom with both a shower and bath.
Rent is 300 a month and bills are about 50 pounds a month. The house is located on bedford street which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to town, close to all of cathays local bars and other amenities.
