Looking for one lovely female young professional to join with 1 other current housemate (F 24) with a third joining you in a few months time when we are ready to move out. My partner and I currently live in my precious home together, we have the loft room and a small ensuite so the other bathroom is shared between you 2 ladies. We are a friendly, youthful, chilled, optimistic, chatty and fairly quiet couple who enjoy cooking and eating well and a calm, relaxed tidy atmosphere.

There is a large open plan kitchen, sitting room, dining room which has lots of natural light and is wonderful for socialising. A lovely peaceful south-facing back garden in summer. As you can see from the photos I love plants and the fresh air and life they bring to the house.. more welcome! :)

There is on-street residents parking available.

The house has all mod cons - dishwasher, good size fridge and freezer, virgin media super fast broadband included. I am told the beds are comfy and shower has descent pressure. There is a cleaner for the communal areas alternate weeks.

Bills all included except gas and electric (split equally so price will range depending on the market but currently £50 pcm).

The house is on Cosmeston Street, which is a wonderful street with a whatapp group and street events throughout the year e. g. we had someone playing bagpipes for Burns night, Halloween competitions, Xmas carols etc. It's near Maindy Stadium/leisure centre. Tesco express and lidl is about 5mins walk and loads of lovely shops and restaurants a few mins walk on Whitchurch and Crwys Road. It's about 20mins walk to town and 15mins to Bute and Roath parks and UHW.
