I'm looking for somebody to replace me in a house share for the rest of my contract (Till start of July). Offering free March rent too :)

The flatshare is central in Cathays, close to Cardiff University, Cathays railway station, plenty of stores, pubs, and restuaurants; but most importantly close to lidl, all a student needs!

Despite being close to a bunch of stuff, the flat is out of the way in a quiet street - great for exams season.

More info about the flat. First, the common areas are:
* 3 WC in the the property, with a shower and toilet share for the ground floor two rooms.
* A Kitchen with plenty of countertop space and two fridge freezers.
* The washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier are all fitted.
* A cozy living room with a TV, a very comfy sofa, and plenty of games.
* Under bed storage - don't worry about having space for all your stuff!
* Shoes rack on entry.
* A big garden - good for barbeques come better weather :).

Every common area is in the ground floor, including the available room (front room so has the most space in the house)it comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of space. You start off with all the furniture you need!

Here's a breakdown of the costs:
* The rent is £375 per month and £35 per month for all bills - this includes water, electricity, gas, and internet!
