Lovely room in a newly refurbished post-grad house

We have a lovely bright and airy first floor bedroom available in our friendly, newly refurbished houseshare.

All rooms have been freshly painted, with new carpets and blinds throughout, a brand new kitchen fitted with washing machine and tumble dryer, and new sofas in the really spacious living room at the front of the house. There is a ground floor shower room, as well as a first floor bathroom to minimise those morning queues! The house is in a great location, close to Roath Park and a five minute walk to the Cathays high-street, with plenty of on street parking if you have a car.

In the video, the room available is shown between 1:39 - 1:51 - the middle bedroom upstairs and best value in the house.

A little bit about us: we're Caspar, Emily and Lewis, all Architecture Masters Students and are super friendly! Two of us are new to Cardiff, so looking forward to getting to know the city and meeting new people. We would like to do things as a house, but also focus on our studies and hoping to find someone like minded to join this great house. We have all just met too, so will all be in the same boat come move in day :)
