Bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and several sets of drawers, located upstairs with a window facing the street
Rent = £360 per month (NOT including bills)
Broadband = £7 a month
Bills averaged at £15 extra a month however this was in winter so we used the heating - expect this to be considerably lower come Feb/March time when its warmer
House is now £395pm so grab a bargain!
