Woodville Road 9 Bedroom House

looking for people to fill a 9 bedroom house for next year on Woodville Road. I am a clean individual and i consider myself an easy person to live with
I'm currently living in this house and am looking for people to help me fill the contract for next year as my housemates are all leaving uni this year. i want to stay in this house next year cause its honestly the best one I've been in and don't fancy living anywhere else

the kitchen looks small cause of the lens on the camera but it's actually a good 2m wide and it's pretty big with 8 gas hobs.
lots of cupboard and fridge space with 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer.
the back garden is also joined with 4 other houses all owned by the same landlord so it's actually a really big space.
each room has a built-in cupboard and there are 4 toilets in total 3 of which are bathrooms.
it's cheap and basically opposite the road from the uni and Lidl
