We are looking for a friendly person to replace our current housemate who will be leaving soon. We are ideally looking for a young professional.
This is a great house owned by a very helpful private landlord and all bills are included in the price (not including council tax which is around £40 a month).
The garden is lovely in the summer, (great for BBQs!) There is a large kitchen and a cosy living room where we spend a lot of time watching movies and TV.
We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and sociable to enjoy the house with and make new friends!
