Large bedroom in 3 bed house share **2 month stay

Hey I am renting out my room between May and June due to another overlap with my new tenancy. I have absolutely loved this house especially for how cheap the rent is and how large the rooms are but I am making the move away from cathays.

The room is a large first floor double and is fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe/ cupboard, chest of drawers and double bed. There is also a fold away desk along with a chair in the cupboard that can be put up if needed. The windows opens out onto a flat roof which makes the room super light during the days.

I have 2 lovely housemates, both final year architecture students who spend their time split between uni and the house. We enjoy evenings watching tv together but also enjoy our own time and space within the house!

It’s a very relaxed setting and ideally looking for another student who is looking for a place for a short amount of time. Young professionals are also welcome but would have to pay council tax on top of rent which I could try to organise!
