**Spacious double room in a 2 bedroom loft apartment**

I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom loft apartment on Claude Road, Cardiff. The apartment is nice, clean and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a cabinet.

The location is very convenient, as it is only a 2 minute walk from Albany Road, where you can find shops like Tesco, Iceland, Home Bargains, boots and more. It is also a 10 minute walk from Newport Road, which has many bus routes to the city centre and other areas. The Roath Park and Library are right around the corner, perfect for relaxing and reading.

The minimum tenancy is 6 months, and the rent is £600 per month, excluding bills. I work from Monday to Friday until evenings, and I like films, gaming and travelling during weekends. I am looking for a like-minded person to move in with me, either a professional or a student. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful, and I expect the same from my flatmate.
