really lovely house located close to town and a short walk (10 minutes) from Cardiff University SU
There are currently 5 girls who will be living in this house, all currently first year students, very friendly and approachable who enjoy going out from time to time but also love a night in watching a movie together, going out for dinner or grabbing a coffee
we are looking for someone who also enjoys these things, has similar interests and would fit nicely within the house and be interested in getting to know us whilst living in this property
The house is very nice and spacious, with 6 bedrooms, a spare room (perfect if friends/family want to visit), 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet
you will have 1 of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, both of which are spacious and have double beds
the property comes with 2 parking permits, 1 space is located on rhymney street and the other is a couple of streets over
