The room is £550 per month, including all the bills, in a 4 x bed PROFESSIONAL HOUSE house in Cathays. You will be sharing with two females & one professional male

The property is completely fully furnished with everything in place for your use. House is maintained to a nice clean standard with a cleaning rota in place.
If your one for leaving a mess and not able to clean up after yourself, then this not for you.

A south facing patio out the back with BBQ, which captures all day sunshine from morning til night. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxation.
Kitchen is completely utilised with all cutlery, appliances and houseware in place for your use.
Ground floor shared bathroom with bath shower.
House has recently been completely decorated internally.

Roath park is within ten minutes walk, city centre can be walked within 30 minutes and bus services in and out of the city every 7 minutes.
There is a mix of permit and free parking outside on the street. (recommend purchasing permit from council, to guarantee your place"
Supermarket less than two minutes walk around the corner along with a large mixture of bars, restaurants, shops, stores and so on.

I take no short cuts with maintenance and repairs, that are few of, are carried out to the highest standard. i am not one of those fly by night landlords who promise you the world and never deliver.
