Room in all girl’s house share for rent!

Looking for someone who needs to join a house as soon as possible! It's a 5-bed house with 4 incredibly friendly girls. The available room is a large downstairs bedroom with a bay window, the house has three bathrooms, two showers (one is a shower/ bath), a large kitchen/ living space and a garden. It is on Brithdir Street so it is a 2 minute walk from the closest Tesco express and a 30min walk into town centre. Its also a close walk to the Woodville, the Flora, and Lidl so you don’t have to travel far for anything :) The landlord is extremely friendly and has always been helpful with any problems; they often fix things within the same day we tell them! Rent is £550 a month and bills have been sorted separately so its cheaper overall (plus bills are all organised by a parent of one of the tenants so you wouldn’t have to worry about sorting that!).
