I have a room available on 81 Cathays Terrace for £131.25 per week.
The room has a double bed, spacious wardrobe, desk and a big window that looks out onto the street. The house has 2 showers, a bath, 3 toilets and a very spacious kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has 3 big fridge/freezers, two gas oven and other necessities. The house also has a small patio garden, is next to a lovely and cheap cafe, and is a couple minutes walk to Cathays Lidl and a Tesco Express.

You can move in immediately, and the
contract ends at the end of June.
