Double Room

A double room available in a shared house on Woodville Road, right in the middle of Cathays. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to Cardiff Uni, Lidl, and the Woodville pub, plus loads of other shops and takeaways nearby.

The house has 6 other people in total, mostly students/young people, and everyone is pretty chill and respectful of each other’s space. It’s a social house but not a party house, so it’s a good mix of hanging out sometimes but also being able to focus on uni/work.

There’s a big kitchen with plenty of space for everyone, which is where people usually end up chatting or cooking together. The house also has 4 bathrooms, the bathroom for this room is downstairs and only shared with one other person.

The room itself is a good-sized double, with plenty of space for studying and relaxing.

Looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy to live with who’s happy sharing a house with others. Students would probably fit in best but young professionals are welcome too.
