We are looking for someone to take over our one bed tenancy in Cathays, great location just behind the Crwys pub with good links to Cathays, Roath and university campuses, and a direct walking route to Cardiff town centre.
Tenancy takeover from July 1st 2026 for 12 months then rolling monthly tenancy, suitable for 1 or 2 people. Deposit is one weeks rent.
Must have one tenant be a student for this accommodation, let by Cardiff Student Lettings but the tenants don't have to be Cardiff university students.
Bills monthly are around 100 for energy, energy rating C and council tax band B.
