We’re looking for a new housemate as one of the three of us is moving out. The flat is located right in the heart of Cathays, with easy access to shops, cafes, transport links, and everything you need day-to-day.

The flat itself is fully furnished and well-equipped, including a comfortable living room, a functional kitchen with all the essentials, and a shared bathroom. The available room is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for storage and a desk setup.
