Bills included in the cost are WIFI, gas, electric, water, TV license. The only thing not included is council tax which is £150 per month split equally.

There will be a short term tenancy agreement in place, however if you want to move in for a shorter period on a more casual basis this is possible. Single or couples welcome. No smokers or pets sorry.

One person - £600 per month
Two persons - £700 per month
