Double room located on the top floor of a 3 story house. Shared bathroom on first floor. Due to the owners using 1 bedroom as a tv room you would have most access to the house. Very good location to Cogan train station which takes 10 minutes into Cardiff Central. There is limited roadside parking available on a first come first served basis, Cardiff centre is about 10 minutes without traffic. All bills included, as well as full Sky TV package and a cleaner every 2 weeks. Smoking in the house is not permitted. We also have a cat called Solano who is very friendly.
