Cowbridge is bustly. Plenty of nice eateries, coffee shops and leisure centre. Easy 10 min commute to Bridgend and Llantwit Major.
My last lodger was here for two and a half years but contract ended and hence room available.
I am sociable and friendly. However ' party animals' wouldn't work. Can be away a little during the summer so really looking for reliable, responsible person to look after property properly during odd absences.
