The room furniture consists of: single bed, a double bed sofa settee, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers, shelving and bed storage.
We can provide bed linen and towels.
The room is on the ground floor of an extended end of terrace house with rural views located on Cardiff Road.
It's 15 minutes walk to Llandough Hospital and 10 minutes walk to Eastbrook station which has a frequent and regular train service.
We are in walking / cycling distance of pubs, restaurants and shops being close to both the famously friendly Dinas Powys village and Penarth.
This 4-bedroom property has plenty of space - a total of 9 rooms and 3 bathrooms and is occupied by a professional owner / couple, occasional guests and a friendly cat.
You will have access to the stunning 1 acre garden with al fresco eating locations.
We are seeking a person who is in fulltime work and is travelling to work elsewhere or a fulltime student lodger who is attending lectures, who is relaxed, friendly and respectful.
Please note the weekly price is for stays longer than a month. For those staying for only one month or 28 days there will be a 30% surcharge.
Shorter stays of less than 28 days will be £80 per night.
