I have a 3 bed house I share with my son, I have one spare bedroom which ime looking to occupy, it’s a non smoking room, as is the whole house, it can be short term or long term depending how we get along, ime working so you will have peace and quiet, this room will not be available untill the second week of January, due to a family emergency, also you will need to contribute at least £20 a month gas and electric ( token meters) plus you are responsible for own food , if this is something that could interest you please get in touch, ime sorry I cannot accept housing benefit, this needs to be somebody who is working, so ur looking at £100 deposit plus £260 a month on average, first month in advance, I have WiFi also.
