This is Greenlands!

Double room in comfortable & cosy 5 bedroom house with views over countryside. We are a relaxed and friendly family of 3 but you will also have plenty of privacy. Free WiFi.

The accommodation is only suitable for contractors/ professionals working away from home, so you return to your own place on your days off. You don’t have to be a Mon- Fri worker though - you may work different days of the week. You will be the only lodger.

You have a double room with armchair and small table. Bed linen is provided and changed every 2 weeks. You have your own bathroom which has a bath & shower.

You have use of the kitchen / dining area for making simple meals.. You have use of the washing machine and tumble drier.

Plenty of parking on the drive.

We always have good feedback from our lodgers - one recently said 'It doesn't come better than this!'

Large garden and field where we have 3 friendly alpacas and 4 chickens. We have 2 small friendly dogs & a cat so it is essential you like animals 😊

Just 3 miles from Cowbridge and only 20 minutes from Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff, 20 minutes from Bridgend and 15 minutes from Barry. Very convenient for people working at MOD St Athan, Aston Martin, Cardiff Airport, Aberthaw, and Dow Corning in Barry.

You will need to provide photographic ID, proof of your permanent address e. g. 2 recent utility bills, and a reference from your previous landlord or current employer. one month's rent and the bond needs to be paid in advance please.

Lots of nice walks in open countryside nearby and just 10 minutes from stunning National Heritage Coastline. We are on the National Cycle Route 88. If you have a bike you can store it in our garage.
