Parking is never an issue around this area, with plenty of parking being available around the front or back and no parking permits are needed.

Rent comes to £325 excluding bills. Bills will be divided between everyone which will be around £150 give or take, This includes Electric, Water, Gas, Council tax, 100mb Virgin Internet. A one-off £15 referencing fee will be needed along with £350 deposit and the first month's rent.
