Fairwater - Spare room in friendly house

Lovely comfortable house in Fairwater, regular bus and train to centre, plus Taff Trail for cycling. Double room is furnished but that can be adjusted to suit. Nice shower room next door.
Downstairs is a large kitchen-diner with big kitchen table - I love growing veg, cooking and sharing food with friends. Separate lounge with woodburner and telly.
Downstairs loo and utility so space for another bike inside.
I share a car with family so there is often a drive space for your car. The garden includes a sunny patio at the back, along with big garden. The third bedroom is sinlge and available for guests, potentially yours too.

I work part time, quite often from home, I'm sociable, political lefty, an activist full of humour. I'm not a vegetarian but cook mostly veg and would respect cooking choices.
Its fairly tidy, fairly clean, but you can tell is not rigerous! I'd need you to do your fair share of keeping the kitchen tidy and a bit of house work maybe once a week.

If you have a cat or a dog, gerbil or anything else, that may be possible depending if my son's small dog can cope. They live around the corner. You are welcome to smoke outside.

I'm looking for someone easy-going and friendly but able to hear and say if something needs adjusting. Its my home but I'm very used to sharing it and I would want the other person to feel like its their home too.
