Bedroom plus office room in clean and friendly hom

After several years of happy home sharing, one of our current housemates has found a new job in England and is leaving our lovely Llandaff home. As a result, we have a bedroom plus an office room available from early June.

We are Helen, David and Alex, a clean, friendly and fun bunch of professionals in our thirties. Every now and then we enjoy having a discussion over a glass of wine, cooking a spontaneous dinner, watching a new episode on Netflix, or going out for a picnic. We are easy-going, respectful, and we keep the house both clean and joyful :-)

Three-story Victorian house. The rooms available are on the first floor and the attic. The attic room is currently being used as the bedroom and has a semi-ensuite bathroom. The rooms are furnished with wardrobes shelves and a bed. In terms of communal space, there is a cosy living-room and a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, microwave and oven. There are two full bathrooms.

Rent for both rooms with all the bills included (council tax band F, water, energy, internet) amounts to £560 per month. The deposit is £425.
