Homely and warm double bedroom.

My home is extremely comfortable and needs an extra person to share and enjoy the space, FEMALE ONLY PLEASE.
I live on the coast and there are views of the sea from here and beautiful walks.
It is only 10 minutes away from the airport with a bus every hour to and from it. I also have the train station within a 5 minute walk (possibly more, depending on how fast you walk!) and that will conveniently link you with Cardiff and the rest of the UK.
I believe this is a perfect home/retreat for any professional working in/around Cardiff and the Vale, especially the airport, Aston Martin, St Athan or even in Cardiff itself. I will consider students but this is not a ‘party neighbourhood!’
You will need to love my dog or be happy with a dog to live here because she’s very much part of my family and I allow her to go anywhere!
Your accommodation is an extremely comfortable double room with a built in double wardrobe and a bathroom next door for your sole use (unless I have friends /family staying). The rest of the accommodation downstairs is shared.
I would prefer a lodger to be here Monday-Friday but I’m happy to discuss this when you come round. Your bills are included.
I will organise a proper rental agreement to be signed so that we know what we expect of each other.
